I've had this in the back of my head but surely haven't put any thought toward planning for it. What all needs to be done before then? I thought I had to pay in advance but I can't remember anymore.

You can pay in advance if you would like. The pontoon will be getting paid for when we are there since we aren't sure yet how many will be in on it. If you need the numbers again or my address, just pm me.

I have an email out to Alan at the campground to see how early we can arrive on that Friday. I let him know that a lot of us have the day off and would like to get up there early so we will see.

Don't forget they have a free 9 hole golf course so bring your clubs if you have any and want to.

Jay - Are you in charge of keg again or are we going with bringing our own?

AJ - Don't worry, pitching the tent is the easiest part!!

Matt - I also asked if there was a dock near our sites for your boat.

If AJ has not mentioned, I think he took that Friday off and I will plan to as well. We just need to coordinate with his mom on what time she will be at our place (either Thursday night or Friday sometime).

What time are you thinking when you say "early Friday"?

I think we need to just see what the campground says about arrival time first, then we can figure out a time / place to meet and head up.

Campground says we can show up whenever since it shouldn't be a problem with any overlapping. There is also two docks real close to us. It will be on like Donkey Kong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for where I vote somewhere in Forest lake since we have people coming from all areas of the metro. Then just head up 35. Maybe meet at a grocery store so if anyone needs last minute items they could hop in and grab them before we leave?

I won't be hauling a keg with, per se, but if the majority so votes, I'd be happy to spearhead the effort on procuring a keg once we get up there :D Kegs have worked great in the past, so I'm all for it personally.
