Thanks for the good time, everyone! I enjoyed the boating a lot, but next time I'll have to get a fishing license instead of just being on bobber watch for Matt.
AJ and Jana, something to keep in mind is that no matter where you go in a tent there are going to be noises from wildlife. While camping I've had to deal with everything from the usual frogs and birds to bugs swarming the tent (because it's warm at night) and causing a constant buzzing. The weather can change in an instant as well, both times I've went camping with this group it's rained overnight. It's just something you have to deal with when living outdoors for a couple days, and in my opinion it's worth it for being able to get away from everything else. Next time I'm going to turn my phone off and leave it in the car until I'm ready to leave.
