Mafia 4 - Night 2, Deadline 10/7 9pm

Picklz

SUDO Make me a SAMCH
Vote: Nate

You're being defensive and not making any sense on your arguments / reasoning - So at the moment my vote will sit here.

Lets step back here. I think scum is at work. I am 100% posative that if I am lynched a townie dies.

Sorry Nate. The more you post, the more I suspect you are scum. I'm not willing to lynch you yet but I'll be keeping an eye on you.

Andy sure was quick to jump back on Nate as scum, and I'm not so sure Nate is scum anymore. I'm thinking more so that Andy could be one of the scum roles and either Kris/now Eddy is the other (not pulling a vote card yet, but clearly backing Andy's play) or it's Tom still, watching idle as the heat was now taken off him.

Swanny has been quiet again to, maybe too quiet...

PIcklz, I notied day 1 you called me out as well, curious to why, I missed that last round but to date I've been pretty convinced your a fellow townie, though that has me questioning...

AJ I agree that the quietness from people is unnerving. I don't like quietness. I want discussion. If we cannot come to a consensus 24 hours before nightfall I think we should lynch the people who have contributed the least. I don't just mean post count, I mean meaningful responses that show you are thinking about what people are posting instead of just reading and following along. Even if we end up lynching a town I would rather have people in the game who can discuss stuff than people who just sit back and enjoy the ride. Even if we lose I would rather that scum work for their victory and convincingly lie to us than just win by blending into the background and avoiding attention.

Tom, I'm still awaiting your answer to my question on page 7.

Also, I will probably not be back until tomorrow morning because my nephews are in town and I will be spending time with them.

Holy shit, this blew up today. All I have to say is Eddy is damn good at this game, which makes me nervouse more than reassured.

I've got some reading and thinking ahead of me.

The last page or so does not look good for Nate. But that could just be a double-team by scum, not sure yet.

I've said it before and I'll say it again I feel like Nate, KrisEddy, Tom, and Andy contain one if not both scum, I just can't 100% put my finger on who. Tom concerns me greatly because he is just the type of guy that would pull off the risky move of night killing the person most likely to make him look guilty. But Nate's arguments against him being Scum and explanations for his Day 1 actions also have me concerned.

As for why I was looking at you AJ, your votes seemed to follow the crowed and bounce all around and I wanted to see how you would react to some accusations/pressure, if I had to place a bet at the current moment, I guess I'd side with Town for you since I'm far more convinced some of the others (outlined above) are Scum.

Please direction some questions towards my way other than just accusations.

Why do (Picklz & AJ) feel that I am scum?

Andy why the random votes the seem to only follow the majority?

Well today gave me the beat down. I think the scum or at least one of the scum bullied me into some frantic posting.

In the end if I get lynched it would be good for town because they would see I am town. Or if I get knifed by scum the town would be able to see that I am town and spend some time looking at the people I was following and maybe lynch a scum.

Cause you're quick to point to someone without much background or reasoning behind it, at least compared to others. To be honest, I'm so fucking confused after today I need to read through this as I think I have a theory brewing on 2 who may be working together buy staying apart...

More of this stuff about "You'll be sorry if you vote for me". Am I off base in thinking that it comes off as suspicious at worst, and unhelpful at best? Unless there is a strategic reason to start talking along these lines which points some info at specific people, it rubs me the wrong way.

At this point, I strongly agree with Picklz that there is one or both scum in the group of Nate, KrisEddy, Tom, and Andy (in no particular order). Josh is a wild card because he has posted so little lately. If I am wrong, then kudos to scum because they are playing it very well so far. Now, I can break that down a bit further by looking at who in that group has been pushing to lynch another in that group. The main ones being Nate vs KrisEddy. Andy has been kind of a follower, not really being the first to push for a vote. Tom has taken some jabs at Nate, but has largely laid off of Kris/Eddy.

From a strictly utilitarian standpoint, we might learn the most from lynching Nate, because if he's actually town then I think we would start to have a VERY good feel for who is scum. But... I am not quite convinced enough that Nate is scum.

So there you go, Nate. Here's your chance to give some specific arguments on why lynching you would be a bad idea. lol

Wow Eddy joins up and it goes bonkers. I've just been very busy the last two days.

I am not so sure Nate is scum, just more a vocal townie with a stick in the mud attitude. What is interesting is how the shift has diverted away from players on day one to different players now on day two after JT was lynched. KrisEddy being scum would be interesting to say the least, but then Kris was the most non vocal scum ever.

I'M OFFENDED!
Tom, what has Nate said that would lead you to believe without a doubt that he is not scum? This inaction likely caused the no-lynch that occured which we have agreed is bad for town.
TBQH, I'm not 100% certain he's not scum any longer, based on the way he's acting right now. I was just sure to the point that JT WAS scum, that I wasn't willing to move my vote off of him. Granted that turned out like shit for town, but what can you do.

Good breakdown, but instead of pushing to vote, we could also look at members that have yet to actually cast a vote, scum could have the mentality of the "sit back and wait" and watch townie rip each other apart, such as in day one.

I was thinking this same thing, but you went and blew it by announcing it. If we lynched nate we might have been able to glean some info on 2 days worth of votes (day 1 votes against nate and the day 2 lynch if we lynched him). But now that you've announced the plan it is highly likely that if Nate were scum, his scum partner would vote for him to avoid suspicion, and if Nate were not scum, the scum wouldn't vote for him and say "Yeah, I thought he was town, now the scum should be int he group that voted for him 2 days in a row".

Tom, this answer doesn't adequately answer my question. You said, and I quote "That seems to be that Nate.... is one vote from a hammer. And me NOT believing Nate is a scum, I shall not vote for him. Someone else is gonna have to hammer this dude, It isn't gonna be me." Even if JT was scum why couldn't Nate and JT both be scum? Instead, you did not believe Nate was scum at all and would not vote for him, even though it would have saved us from a no-lynch day.
