Must be a northern thing!

Someone posted this on the MNAudi site, not sure how old it is.
Edit: Forgot to add this video is best viewed with no sound (MUTE BUTTON)... I just watched the first 5 sec with sound and my ears started to bleed.

Fuck that.

HURR DURR I AM A COP SO ITS OKAY FOR ME TO RIDE SOMEONES BUMPER BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO DRIVE THE SPEED LIMIT.

Up until the point when the cop put his lights on, that car was driving side-by-side with the car in the next lane. Because what do people do when there's a cop around? They all drive the speed limit. It appeared towards the end they were slowing down, presumably to move over

Douchebag cop is a douchebag.

Fuck that.

The guy cruising in the left lane blocking up traffic is the douchebag. It was pretty clear (from the cop riding his ass) that the cop wanted to get past him... but NOOO, douchebag drives slow in the left lane.

Douchebag driver is a douchebag.

YSOSLO

is the word, beotch
I'm with Dan...cop was doing what most of us WISH we could do to inconsiderate eh-holes camping out in the left lane. The driver was probably finishing their text/cell phone call when the cop slid up behind them. Granted, the cop got a LOT closer than necessary, but the driver should have gotten the hint and gotten the eff out of the way. LOVED IT!!!

You guys are completely neglecting the standard reaction to a cop cruising on the freeway, and how that's different from Joe Schmoe cruising behind you. Most people's primary interaction with a cop is being punished for minor deviations from traffic laws, so everyone in every lane moderates their speed to exactly the limit upon spotting a cop... and you're going to blame the guy for not intentionally speeding up? That reaction should be obvious and routine to any cop who's driven a marked car.

Not to mention the fact that anyone else would've been pulled over for following at an unsafe distance (and that was a clearly unsafe distance). And correct me if I'm wrong here, but the standard conscientious practice for informing someone you want to pass is to flash your headlights at them, NOT to just hang out 18" off their bumper. So pardon me for holding our law enforcement personnel to the same (or elevated) standard of courtesy that the rest of the public is held. Finally, if that cop truly needed to get somewhere to the degree that it warranted unsafe and asshole-ish driving practices, a quick flash of his light bar would have gotten him much quicker results.

Legendary Status!
I'm sorry I would have (and have) brake checked that police officer. Granted I really don't change my driving style when officers drive by me, because odds are they have been watching me longer than I have been aware they were there. By adjusting your driving, you are admitting guilt in my opinion.

However, my point is that I am finding myself more and more cruising in the right lane as I rarely drive aggressive anymore and prefer to spend my hard earned money on items other than tickets. But if someone crawls up my bumper, especially in my truck, well you may end up kissing my rear differential.

Favorite part of the video: The officer lighting up the dude blocking the left lane and then leaving him in a state of "OMGWTFBBQ" in the right lane and then speeding off, is GLORIOUS!

Two faults:
1) Camper (love the term) the left lane shouldn't have been camping
2) Cop shouldn't have been dbagging all over the guy in front of him.
