Sonic Sundays?

testing the waters for this idea...

once the initial hype of having a Sonic in MN dies down would anyone be interested in a weekly Sonic meet on sundays (much like the B-dub meet) at the St Paul location? Sunday afternoons around 3/4 sound decent (during football season time may vary)

Already had some feedback on Sonic, I'll probably be down once or twice but otherwise I'm in no rush to overpay for their food. lol

I think they have pretty good food for the money, but it's not something I'm going to go out of my way to visit more than once in a great while. It is just a fast food joint, but one I couldn't eat at here in MN till now, so I'm glad they built one.

I would probably show up to a few Sunday meets even if it is on the other side of the planet from me

They have an Elk River Sonic as well?

They are building the Sonic in Elk river at the old "Burger Time" location. Its construction has not yet been completed.

It's obviously going to depend on what you order, but its not the same price. I'd say on average for a meal with drink your looking at double the price to go to RR. Comparing fast food to a sit down place isn't really fair either.

Sonic is solid, but considering I waited an hour and a half to order my food on Saturday.... I don't forsee it dying down any time soon.
