I would say leave it be if you arent using slicks. I have lowered my tire pressure back when I had the torqueless wonder(honda) and also on my 6. Didnt do much.

I would run lower tire pressures. I have seen it make a difference in FWD cars. But, thats just my opinion. We used to run about 10-15lbs on some of the other drag cars. We would start at about 15-17lbs and work our way down.

I did okay for my first time out at the track.

I don't have my slip at the moment but iirc my best run was my first run at 14.4 seconds.
