Umm..WOW!! What a drastic difference wheels/tires/springs can make.

The spring install was time consuming and tedious, but pretty easy. The LCA bolts in the front were the biggest issue, but once those were conquered it was a breeze. The rear is a dream. Remove 2 bolts on each side, the LCA drops, remove spring, insert new one, replace bolts - can't get much better than that.

So..on with the PICS!

I like the look. You going to get springs??

I can't wait to get my springs on and see how it improves the feel.

Looks great JT. It's amazing how much difference a set of wheels make for a vehicles looks.

Thanks guys! I installed H&R sport springs. LED tails are already ordered :)

These tires are simply bomb. Best way to spend my tax refund EVAR.

your car is so black that when your car gets in a car, the check oil light comes on.

Yeah Pete, I'd like to get the reflectors and sidemarkers tinted sometime this summer. After that the exterior should be pretty well set (assuming the LED tails are on).

an alternative to tinting would be to go the route that i did and find some vinyl overlays for them. they held up through the winter months just fine, much easier then removing the reflectors and niteshading them.

I probably wouldn't mind it..but I want them to be darker than what the overlays allow.

It's one of those "I'm feeling bored today" mods.

Looks great! How long did the spring install take you?

PS - I replied earlier, but for some reason it's gonzo.

Well, we didn't just do everything at once. I had to get some tools, eat food, and after the front was done Discount was closing so I quickly went there to get the wheels mounted then worked on the rear. Mix in some general bullshitting, beer drinking, etc.

The rear honestly took maybe 30 minutes - wheels and everything. Literally undo 2 bolts on each side, drop the LCA, take out old spring, install new spring, put bolts back in. Done. No spring compressors needed.

The front - if you did it all at once with no breaks you could crank it out in about 3 hours I'd say.

It was a good way to kill a Saturday afternoon though. It's not complicated at all, just takes some tedious work to get things out of the way.

Obviously, I recommend it :)
