saw "Man on Wire" a documentary style movie about a guy who attempts to break in and wire walk between the twin towers in NYC. VERY GOOD MOVIE! Has MN ties too because he wire walked the Hennipen County Government Center here in Minneapolis.

Saw Wanted last night with Jen & Abe, good movie, great special effects, alot of F-Bombs (even from Morgan Freeman). Good if you need to get your action fix for the day.

Watched Hancock last night and, to me, it was a really good movie. Def liked it better than I Am Legend. I could see them going a lot of interesting places if they make a number 2.

We also watched Hancock earlier this past week. It was ok, the beginning wasn't the best. I would agree that it was ten times better than I Am Legend. I kind of hope they do make a sequel. It seemed like it was just getting good at the end. :)

A movie about the last two superheros alive would be awesome. The movie was way less cheeseball than I thought it would be.

Watched Across the Universe last weekend with Michele, normally i'm not one for musicals but that one kept my attention. A musical centered around Beatles songs was really damn good. Ended up buying the soundtrack over the weekend. Bono singing 'i am the walrus', Eddie Izzard doing 'Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite', and Joe Cocker singing 'Come Together'....i was impressed. Definitely check it out.

I caught the end of that movie as well, was not impressed.

Also saw Angels and Demons last night. Hasn't had the best reviews, but I was held in the movie through the whole thing. Never really got boring, and stayed constant, with a decent move of twists and turns I thought. Solid Movie.

Slumdog Millionaire.

This movie is quite an eye-opener into how the "other part" of the world lives. The story is awesome, and it keeps your attention throughout the entire movie. A must-see IMHO!

Yeah, I enjoyed that movie a lot more than I thought I would have.

Also, watched Hancock last night. I liked the first half better than I thought I would, but the second half was pretty lame. It was like they were in the middle of making the movie and thought "Oh shit, this is ending up as just another superhero movie... uhh.. uhhh.... plot twist... Meh, we'll just make it up as we go!"

Legendary Status!
I think "The Curious Case of Benjermin Button" was a well written movie with a solid plot. Kept me engaged during the entire movie.

Watched "Knowing" tonight with Nicholas Cage. Very good flick with an entertaining story. Didn't care for how it ended.

Benjamin Button was...pretty dull, my wife and son left the theater, I stayed and found the second half of the movie pretty boring.

UP was...great, but still a kiddy movie. The first half was AWESOME.

The Hangover was...REALLY FUNNY, but like most comodies, stupid at times.

Gran Turino was...a really great movie, must see!.

Slumdog was...way better than I thought it would be, must see!

Saw seven pounds (with will smith), was def better than I thought it would be. But it's the type of movie that requires two watches, in this case not a bad thing.
