I wont know 100% for sure till the end of this week but I should be the owner of a new Townhome in Ramsey come May 29th! I was pre-approved by another lender but choose to go with the builders lender for incentives so just waiting to hear back on that.
Tis the season for buying houses I guess eh? lol House is off Hwy 47 a mile or so north of Bunker Lake Blvd.
Anyway I'm planning to rent a bigass truck (technical term) and move my stuff on Friday the 30th. I don't really have much for large items, couch + loveseat, bed, and a desk but that's about it, mostly boxes; so it should be a pretty easy move. If anyone is not working that day, or want's an excuse to take the day off I'd love a person or two to help out. I can compensate you with some cash or beer
Probably gonna move in the morning so if anyone thinks they might be interested let me know.
Once I get moved and situated I'm hoping to host some grillin and rockband action, and I'm planning to get some Texas Holdem going eventually as well.
As for the garage - It's got a 2 car so workin on / detailing vehicles should be easy. Tom already came up with the idea to epoxy seal the floor and do the mazdaspeed text on the floor, I'd like to get some of the mazda pics they have @ Morries to hang on the wall, or do their 'ZoomZoom Room' banner, workspace and storage are also on the list of stuff to do, if anyone else has ideas or suggestions, throw them out there.
