Spruce Tree Center at Snelling and University is the nearest ramp I know of, but it may not be free. International Center at Uni and 280 might have a ramp too...

We've been under that shelter during a thunderstorm before, no big deal. Worst case scenario, you can sit your pansy ass in your car and roll up the windows to avoid getting hit by the few stray raindrops that make it in.
