Would anyone else be interested in organizing (loosely) a 24/7 game of tag?

Pretty basic rules, you get tagged, you are it. No tag backs. You are it until you tag someone else.

The one MNMazda rule would be that tags DO NOT COUNT at MNMazda events, simply because it would be kind of silly to have everyone at an event just trying to avoid the guy who is it.

Alternatives could be "tagging" someone's car by leaving them a note (maybe you have to post a pic of said note on target car). Or just tagging them by posting a pic of their car? I think a personal tag would be better since you can actually hide yourself and you can't always hide your car.

Thoughts?

I like the idea, and agree that personal tag would be better. I think adding in periods of time where the game is 'off' and you're stuck being 'it' would be fun - but maybe 24/7 would work better for this group, I duno. Either way I'm in.

Fuck yeah, I'm in. I would say after 10pm be off time though, or at least make breaking into peoples homes off base- I don't really want you clods getting all boozed up, busting into my apt while i'm sexxing Dan's mom, and wake up my kid.

If this happens I am declaring Blingo @ Fridays in Coon Rapids on Thursdays off limits since Dan and I would just be trading tags there lol.

Easy, no tag-backs.

But, you and Dan could pretty much expect to get tagged every week, and then whichever got tagged would promptly tag the other one.

However, if we're declaring off-limits times/places, I declare my home to be off limits between the hours of 5pm and 6am monday-friday.

If either of us is at during that time period... oh well.

The only reason I asked for dead time was quite simply due to my kid. He's not involved and he's just getting to sleep about that time... Taya would be angry if we woke him.

We either can declare them or can't, if we can't declare fridays off limits then neither is tagging tom after 10pm.

I'm offering the same night deadline and home base options to anyone. If you wanna stalk me down if I'm NOT at home after 10pm, that's my own problem. Fridays is a public place. My bedroom, whether or not Dan's mom is in it, is not.

Well, a time thing is legit, but it would have to be something that would be applicable to everyone. After 10pm is something useful for everyone. During Blingo at Coon Rapids Friday's would not be as helpful to people, lol.

We'd need more interest for this to be worth the trouble though.
