I'M OFFENDED!
What the law don't know won't hurt me. Also, yeah, we can probably get a goodwill car on the cheap, or scam CL for a 100$ beater. Not like we need it to run.

110 HP of FURY!
Location is really the only thing for me. Finding a spot that works for a potentiality large group. I'm thinking that a park is also the prime area to reserve and allow people and families do more than just the car thing.

Some we could look at:

http://www.rochestermn.gov/departments/park/shelters/pdf/Quarry_Hill.pdf
http://www.rochestermn.gov/departments/park/shelters/pdf/Bear_Creek.pdf

and there are others we could do as well

Park rules, booze rule on last page, keep it under a 2 gallon glass and we are all gitmo good.

Reservations may be made beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, January 15th for the year 2010, by calling 507-328-2525. Phone reservations must be secured by a credit/debit card (cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard or Discover). See Rules & Fees for more details. To check on availability call the number above.
We would just need a date to call and set a time and place, from there, everything else is easy peasy!

Tom I really liked your idea about smashing up a car. I wonder if Goodwill might have one that's been sitting on their lot WAY too long that they'd give us cheap. As long as all of the fluids are drained we should be alright. Raffles usually do well too, but I know in Wisconsin you had to be an official non-profit organization to be able to have one (my Guard unit checked into it years ago), but I don't know if MN is the same or not.
The company I work for has a gambling liscence, they do raffles and pull-tabs and all that every week.

Haven't been on here in a while and boy have i missed a lot, sorry to hear about all of this. But I am definitley game for something in Rochester, especially considering it's only 45 minutes from Winona.
