Diva's Christmas Party - Saturday, December 10th. 6:00 - 12:00 or so
Located at my home: 15732 France Way, Apple Valley MN

Various snack foods and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. Please bring any other beverages you may wish.

The plan is video games in the den (will need assistance with this) and a more traditional Christmas party on the main floor. Note: the den won't fit everyone at once, so while there will be room for some people to watch, the food and beverages will be on the main floor to encourage mixing between the spaces.

White Elephant: We will be having a white elephant gift exchange. Please bring a wrapped present of some item to be rid of around the house or if you wish to go on a creative shopping excursion, feel free to do so, but keep it under $10.

Dress: Feel free to be festive, either in a serious or in a snarky way. I won't go to a formal ugly seater contest, but don't be afraid to wear them either.

Please reply your interest so I can estimate a turnout for the food.

Looks like this is the day of our home wrestling tourney... which means it'll likely go later than normal due to cleanup and such. I SHOULD be able to make it anyway, though I might be late.

I'M OFFENDED!
Yo yo yo yo yo. So apparently I am now in charge of any gaming that needs to be brought. I need an idea of what you people will play. I DO NOT Currently have a working version of GH/Rockband, because I broke my drums. I have an Xbox 360 with 2 controllers, a ps3 with 4 controllers, James HAS a Wii..... Any ideas?

If you need anything, I've got ps3 and Move which has disc golf which is pretty fun. and I have rock band 2 and instruments for ps3.

Sorry, I didn't mean to presume that you were solely responsible, Tom. I just know you tend to be very "up" on these matters. I am open to coordinate help in this area with any and all who wish to come to the party.

James, any thoughts on what kinds of sides would be most needed? Or alternatively, what kinds of dishes you were planning on having, so I don't bring the same thing?

Jay, if you want to make something a dessert is probably best... right now the plans are to pretty much keep the menu as carry over...

Veggie tray, small relish tray, the mustard kielbasas, buffalo chicken dip/spead, the cinnamon chips with berry sauce and pumpkin cream, chips with salsa, guac, and dip, cheese spread with crackers. The only sweet item I had planned were some homemade truffles.

Nah, that wasn't my intent at all. Just trying to figure out what to bring. Most of what I have isn't geared towards multiplayer, and i was reminding everyone that you had a Wii so no one was like "Bring ur Wii". Looking for suggestions is all.

I have 2 Wiimotes with nunchucks, no specialized pieces like Action Plus or wheels or ... Not really a lot of games either... I've mostly been still trying to conquer the couple I have... and the computer game backlog I have... so haven't bought any in a long time. So whatever you want to bring that you think may be fun is awesome to me.

Same with other consoles/systems/games... I plead pretty ignorant on all this, so I'm willing to leave it open for suggestions/ideas.
