I'm sorry, I totally spaced I left my heat gun sitting in the back of my car. I can drop it off at Porky's this Wednesday (8-6) if you're going to be there, or if anyone else that'll be at the fender rolling event can pass it along.

I saw you on 94 and lexington this morning at about 9:05am, should have stopped ya then :)

Yeah if you're gonna be at Porky's on Wednesday I'll get the heat gun from ya then. I've got an infrared thermometer ready and I should have the fender roller tomorrow.

I can't hang out at Porky's, because my wife has a hair appointment at 7 that night, but I'll definitely swing in and drop off the heat gun. Jeff what were you driving this morning? I'm cruising through 280 to I-94 east every morning M-F about that same time.

One problem with fender rolling at porkys... no power outlets. I remember John and I had to duck into the bathroom for a few minutes to solder some wires on an RC motor last summer! lol

Yeah, anything that generates heat needs a LOT of power. We fried a few inverters until we finally got one big enough to power our coffee pot in Iraq...it took about 1500 watts!

Please don't just jack up cars and work on them at Porkys. I mean really, would you want the same if you owned the place? Cause your instantly taking up two spots to work on a car carefully. To me it just doesn't look right.

Well my free source for the fender roller didn't come through so I ordered one from rollyourfender.com. Fedex website says the fender roller should arrive on Thursday.

If anyone is interested in sharing in the fun lemme know.
