50% is the legal limit for tinting - PM me with quesitons about going darker.

They do not offer protective film and will not be doing headlights or taillights, those two aspects need to be done at their new store front location another time.

I'd be interested. Mz3 hatch. Last weekend in April would work best for me. I am out of town the first couple in May. I was going to have the tint done by Chris @ Flawless Front Ends in Prior Lake but he has not gotten back to me lately.

If you are in contact with TintPros, could you ask them if they are offering protective paint film yet? If so, I'd almost for sure be down for getting some of that on our Soul.

Nope, they never said anything else, only that they didn't offer it.

Take the car down to Dent Kraft though off 55, i know they do it. have them show you how they test the 3M stuff vs the brand they put on cars, it's kind of eye opening.

For anyone questioning the quality of Tintpros work- I'll speak for them. They did my car 5+ years ago (when they were still StreetScenes) and I didn't even have plates on it. Not only were they stupid fast, they did a killer job, and to this day the tint is holding up great. I had my MINI done by these guys last year, and let me tell you, the difference it made in the interior temps of that car in the sun was nothing short of incredible. I'll continue to bring my car to them (Or rather, have them come to me, ya know the whole "mobile" thing) as long as I have cars that need window tint.

Jay raises a good point though...everyone should remember that 50% is the legal limit without a prescription from your eye doctor. If you plan to have illegal tint installed and don't have a prescription, plan to pay in cash as that's all that will be accepted. (They can do credit cards for legal tint and tint with prescriptions.)
