The more I look around, the less I think you're dealing with anything too abnormal. I've been watching a lot of MS3 vids, and that sound seems to be fairly common.

My guess is the TIP (possibly in conjunction with a higher-flow BPV) is introducing a bit of chaotic flow into the compressor when the BPV opens. Have you posted on 247 or anything to see what other people think?

Sucks about the house though. I bet my basement is going to be a bit damp this evening as well.

Schmitty, wait till you get to the point my car is at and you have severe boost creep, like 20+ lbs creep. surge will be a non factor. get the synapse bov= urge cure!

I am posting it to 247 today.

As for the flood, it isn't basement water creep. My toilet cracked and flooded the main floor bathroom and hallway and dripped to the basement ceiling. Ceiling gave out and there was water all over the carpet and in the walls.

If someone wanted to be really cool... they could throw the necessary tools in their car to change a set of spark plugs. Im sure Ill lose the ambition to do it after I devour a sammywich but I can at least say I tried.........

Also, WTF is with all the people who said they were gonna show tonight but never did? Total weaksauce showing of Mazdas tonight. Weather was fantastic too.
