Dual 19" LCDs, I'd have three but I haven't found an "old" one yet that's identical to my other two.

Between our numerous SANs and virtual servers I have more storage and processing power than I know what to do with.

Forced to go to Vista? That blows, I feel sorry for you, even as an IT person.

I pushed out Office 07 last fall/winter, people got used to it eventually and like it now. I have no problem using it, it's just different and people don't like to change.

Office 2007, not terrible, just takes getting used to. I haven't used Vista enough to really complain about it.

Heh, we just upgraded everyone to Office 2003 about 6 months ago. No way in hell am I gonna push Vista on my users, especially since we'd have to replace every goddamn desktop in the company.

That said, Server 2008 actually isn't bad.

My main complaint with office 2007 is that when installed on an XP machine, you lose any coherency between the functionality of windows and office that exists with 2003. Unless office 2007 has a "classic" mode that I'm just not aware of.

Yeah... that is annoying Jay... Plus, you have to save all files as .doc instead of .docx if you want them to be backwards compatible.
