If anyone else wants to come hang out for a bit, I've also got a SSAFC to install. That doesn't take much more than ripping apart the passenger footwell and soldering some wires.

I would not be opposed to that on principle. My only concerns would be spilling transmission fluid on that shiny new garage floor, and if things ended up taking longer than I expected I wouldn't want you to be stuck with an immobile protege in the middle of your garage.

Well, the date is just a tentative for me. If ya'll want to roll it into a pre-spring get-together or something, I'd be happy to supply the side-show, haha.


EDIT: on the other hand I really want to get rid of my chattery clutch, so if this saturday works for a couple people, I'll be inclined to roll with that.

If I'm not busy I'd be in. My experience is limited to attaching a monster clutch and transmission to an LS1 though.

HEY I used the clutch alignment tool, its just there is enough play in those still that the input shaft won't quite line up that was a pita.

Anyway - if pizza and beer is der I think I can lend a hand. You need any tools Jay? And any idea what time you are gonna start?
