The comments are a better judge of "why" the Storm "sucks." Looks like an OS update is already floating around, and fixes a lot of the little bugs from which the critics were initially "disgusted" with. Should be interesting to see a year from now how this phone's doing (or its predecessor).

wife just got a new phone and opted for the "original" blackberry over this. she worships her blackberry.

Johnny, I think you mean successor. Predecessor means the prior model.

^ Yeah, I meant to say how the new updated BB (if it's available in a year) will compare to this one (its predecessor). Nevermind, we're both on the same page. I'm a tool.
