I used to have that problem, and then did a couple of the recalls that had come down the pike for my car. No problems since.

I have an intake. I just know between shifts I get a big hesitation, and im not talking about the lag. Well, i also havent driven the car in forever, so I dont know if I recall what it does correctly lol

I guess I dont really notice a hesitation, the only thing I notice is a split second of lag between shifts. I also have the Cobb SRI. I have the TXS DP & RP on order and will get the Accessport when it come out, maybe that will cure the little lag this car has.

I thought the split second of lag was caused by the fly-by-wire throttle... maybe I am wrong.

Yeah, it's an 07 Speed3 GT. I had a NASTY hesitation in the winter last year. Nothing this year to compare it to, as the car has been in the garage since November.

One other little thing that might make a noticeable difference (it did for my non-Speed 3 anyway) is to remove the ground wire from the driver's-side wheel well and then use a dremel tool to grind off the paint underneath the little spot where the ground wire attaches. It only takes a few minutes, but it improves the conductivity of the ground and I noticed an immediate difference in the amount of hesitation when I mashed on the gas pedal.
