Reasonably Priced bike??

I am looking for a bike to ride with my kids. Not to fancy and under $300.

Brands are not a big deal. Options?

I'm assuming you want a mountain bike, and something that's a little better then a huffey/walmart brand...

I 2nd Eric's Bike shop.
I picked up a used 2005 specialized sirrus sport for $250.

If you are going on ~40-60+ minute rides, it will pay to protect the taint w/ some bike shorts.

Dude i'll sell you mine for 200. it has a flat tire though. It has a taller frame than most and should fit you well.

I paid like 400 for it 3 years ago and havent road it in 19 months.

It is a Fuji Del Ray, got me to and from work (5 miles) over paths and off road.
