Hmm, what's a can of that stuff cost and how much surface area does it cover? I bet it would keep cone marks off my car.... <.<

You might just take an exacto knife to clean up the edges.

It's just shy of $6/can and it says it'll cover 5-10 square feet. It would definitely keep cone marks off your car.

Eddy, I really think if you section it out and peel the tape off right after you finished a section and it's still wet it'll turn out fine. When I feel like doing this for the 3rd friggin' time that's the route I'm going to take. I'm not comfortable taking a razor to the clear coat either.

I kinda wanna try my rims now just to see. Or in the back of my head is taking off my rocker striped (currently coming unstuck) and do just flat black.

I say we make a day for everyone to try it lol seeing as how JT will be the resident genious on it.

If you can spray paint, this is easier...it's just the removal process that I haven't nailed down yet.

I could wash the mx6 and we could try it on saturday.... but that would require washing the mx6.

Took off the emblem and did the bar. Masked off the under part and sprayed away. So far so good. I'll get some pics up soon. I'm off to work now.
