Paintball for $20 per person! Who is interested (Time Sensitive)

So Groupon has a deal right now on paintball @ Special Forces paintball in Buffalo MN. http://www.sfpgames.com/index.html very cool looking outdoor facility with lots of cool structures, bunkers, etc.

You get Gun rental, all day air, mask, and 300 paintballs for $20 per person. They ALLOW you to bring your own paint, or you can buy 500 extra paintballs for $15 extra. They also offer gun upgrades but I don't have details on that yet.

This is for an open game which are usually run on Sundays and lasts 4-6 hours. I'd like to get 4-8 people together for this, they are sold in packages of 2 or 4 ($40 or $80) and the deal is only good for the next couple days so we'd have to get things situated by then.

Back when I was playing gravity fed hoppers maxed out around 10-12 balls per second IIRC. Guns could fire a lot faster but you'd end up chopping balls all over the place as they ended up being half fed into the chamber during the firing process. To achieve 15 BPS you'd have to be using a fast gun and a force fed ball delivery system. I do not believe that's what you'll be getting as a rental Tom so you shouldn't be worried about running out in 20 seconds. 30 seconds would be more realistic.

Will 300 balls last you all day? Probably not, depends on how much blind shooting your doing vs conserving your ammo, but no you aren't going to run out in the first 5 minutes unless you're firing like an idiot. This is why I posted the prices for additional ammo, $15 for 500 rounds isn't too bad but we can shop around and if we find great prices on 2000ball cases we could buy a couple of those and split it between us, generally places require you to buy their pant so this is cool that they will allow you to bring your own.

My full auto gun w/ electric hopper could do 18-20bps but yeah rentals you'll probably be hard pressed to be doing more than 8-10 at max.

Back when I used to play a lot of woods based war game type shit I'd go through 2k+ worth of paint in just a few hours.

I've also found a cheaper source for balls (lol) can get 2000 for around $35, maybe as low as $26. Should make this fairly cheap, I've been looking over their site and it looks pretty awesome, they have real army trucks, boat landings, lots of interesting bases and cover positions and such. Looking forward to this.

It's awesome for sure and this is a fairly inexpensive way to give it a try as all equipment is provided, I'd recommend going in on 500-1000 extra balls (planning to order them online) but other than that $20 per person and done. If there are multiple single people looking to go they can go in together on one 2 person voucher. Remember they are only available till the end of Saturday or Sunday sometime.

I'd like to do it sometime in the next month or two so we can hopefully go multiple times this summer, but I'm willing to be flexible so hopefully all that buy can go on the same date, we don't have to make a decision on Date right away, but the vouchers are only on sale for the next day or two.

nvm lol, we regestered for d-day june 24th. uses the entire field with sim air drops tanks and beach landings. its 40 dollars
