Oil Catch Cans?

I'm looking to get a catch can...any suggestions? I feel like every manufacturer has a universal OCC, so I want to make sure that I buy a high quality product. Figured some of you guys on here would be able to point me in the right direction. Any help is MUCH appreciated!

Thanks!

Are you looking for anything in particular? Some buy them, but many guys just make their own if you aren't looking for a show piece.

Not looking for anything in particular. Definitely not going to build one on my own. I just want to buy it, install it, and not worry about it....until I have to empty it.

I saw TurboXS has one for about $75. That's the cheapest I could find, but I'm doubting that it's on par with others.

Signature Sound on mazdas247 makes a whole bunch of different cans and reservoirs with custom paint and stuff for a pretty reasonable price.

I bought a coolant reservoir from him when he was just getting started, and the quality was pretty meh. But it looks like his stuff has gotten better. Not an endorsement... just throwing out an option.

Check Summit Racing. You can get them for FAAARRRRR less than $75. :)

Assuming you're going for non-vented, and you'll probably want a baffle.

Lets post up some links for these bad boys. They sell them for my VW but they are like $200. Not sure why they just are.

If they're specific for your VW, they are probably designed to fit neatly into the engine bay vs a universal design. That, and most VW modders are 18-24 year olds who live with their parents. Just sayin. lol

I went on Summit Racing's website and they were $83 and higher...

Is anybody running with an OCC that they would recommend?

Most the 'vette ones are $100-$150, that includes a can that fits, a bracket, fittings, hoses, good baffling system, etc. I'm certain you could build one yourself for probably $50-100, it may or may not perform as well and you'll have to source the parts and fab up a mounting method etc. Comes down to is it worth paying for a proven design or would you rather save some money and build one yourself.
