Nissan Working on Mini-Z to target FR-S/BRZ

110 HP of FURY!
Wow, this is uber fail if it goes through. Ugly and FWD is not gonna be good.

If it were only AWD, maybe...I'm torn on looks...about 2/3 dislike, 1/3 like...the only thing in my opinion that it has going for it is the engine....and if it started at sub $20k because of the FWD...but no...probably will be a fail.

Idk how they can call it a competitor for the frs/brz if its not rwd. Its dumb. And I don't really have anything to say about looks. Its a concept. Meaning the final product will likely look 10% like the concept.

From everything I've been reading/watching about the Toyobaru twins...they're amazing cars...getting back to the fun of driving. One review was a comparison between the BRZ and the new Mustang V6 with Performance package...was interesting to see how the cars compared in terms of body roll and other stuff on the course...the BRZ was so direct in steering...you point it and it goes. The Mustang really didn't win the comparison, but it had better numbers (track time was a second and a half quicker because it has the power for the straightaways...otherwise the BRZ more than holds its own in corners).

Then there was another one where they compared the BRZ and FRS heads up...can't remember the details, but the two guys driving...one liked one car the other liked the other car. One car is apparently a little stiffer in the rear than the other.

I really want to see if all they hype is worth it...sound like damn good cars. I don't think anyone will come out with anything to compete for the price...I mean everyone can beat it in terms of power and straightline go fast...but handling...

The only car I'm wondering about is the Chevy Code 130R Concept...we'll see if it comes out and what they do with it.

I agree with what most of you said. Nissan used to be my favorite car maker because I believe its interior and exterior parts for Nissan offers excellent performance. But then when I read that this is an AWD, sure it can't compete with Toyobaru. It just looks so ugly and boring. They should just make it a RWD.
