so i just put the Corksport FMIC on my speed protege, and i made a custom side mounted license plate bracket (idea from tony aka bluewolfcry) and while i was making it i popped the black messing from the bumper out to expose the cooler more, but i havent decided if i like it yet or not, what do you guys think i should do? here are before and after pics! leave the mesh in or leave it out? be nice! lol

Note: if i leave the mesh out i will remove thoes plastic pieces from the middle just so you know

I would say leave it in.
It looks a bit ricey without it. If you leave it out it looks like an unfinished body kit.

I like it in better, gives the front of the car a very finished look. Plus you get the bonus of having the protection with no restriction on air flow.

I say leave it in...or use some other material there. Without anything it looks unfinished as Nate said.

I'M OFFENDED!
That's what i'm saying. Keep it out of there, unless you're trying to hide the IC. Plastic adds weight.

Leave grille in. Move license plate back to center. You drive a Mazda, not a Lancer.

no im not gonna leave that big ass ugly plastic license plate bracket there, even w/o a FMIC it looks bad and plus it blocks some (not alot i know but still) of air to the cooler. Thanks for all the help guys, i knew i could count on the MN mazda guys for some solid input. It was kinda 50-50 thoe so i guess i'll just have to drive it like it is and see if it grows on me. im leaning more to putting it back in, but like jay and mndsm said it look alot meaner with it out, so i dunno.
