Jay's probably about right depending on where you go.

Keep in mind that a puck style clutch is going to be more 'grabby' and have more chatter, they stand up to heat and abuse a bit better but there are some trade-off's. Also keep in mind the MS3 has a dual mass flywheel and cannot be machined IIRC so you may need to look at replacing that as well as the clutch.

If there's other things you want to do but haven't done yet you might consider holding off on the clutch, the stocker seems pretty stout and I haven't heard of a lot of people toasting them fwiw.

Agreed about pushing the clutch a little further down the list. No real need to replace it until you know for sure your current clutch is toast or not up to snuff.

Regarding the flywheel, ACT's website specifies that their clutches will not work with the stock flywheel, so a 16lb replacement is included in the price of the clutch kits. Not bad prices, considering....
