GM Update: Lutz Will Take Reins of Opel

The fallout from General Motors' decision to keep its Opel brand could distract the automaker as it tries to fix its North American business. GM appointed its vice chairman Bob Lutz as Opel chairman following last week's resignation of CEO Carl-Peter Forster.<br clear="both" style="clear: both;"/>
