Yeah... I should be open weekends in August... but I also agree earlier August likely makes more sense if all the other logistics work.

Anyone thought about getting in touch with some of the local cancer fighting groups? They might have ideas and connections to help get us some more publicity for this event.

Have you considered the State Fair Grounds? It would be a pretty scalable site if this ended up getting huge.

The state fair is private property and they would charge us to use the space be it for a none profit or not.

We just need to lock down a start point and end point.
