Do we want our sponsors in on this? Maybe get a flyer together and have some @ MAP/Morries for people to circulate..... this would of course mean we'd need a logo in a hurry.

If the logo on the site works, I can tweak it a bit (to make my designer eyes happy) and get to work on some flyers. Just shoot me info that needs to go on. :)

Flyers are gonna be dependent on what and when we want to do this, as well as where. So- we're back to planning. I like the logos though.

The eurowerks guys throw on a heck of a show at the old grain belt plant in minneapolis, its a great site. I wonder if that could work for our purposes???

Hm. It is pretty freakin large, pretty freakin dope, and the dub guys already know about it. Whoever's got an in with those folks should call em up and see what it takes to get that facility.

I have one thought for that logo, make it look "in motion", like on a street or something. Otherwise, I say keep it the same, keep it simple, keep that at the logo for the forum. It's really appealing and can be used for a lot of print if needed. Very nice!

I'll get in contact with Eurowerks wince I have ins there. What do you want me to say/do? Ask about grainbelt and spread the word?

Lets nail down a date first so I can give them some firm info on when we'll need to use it.

Yes Jon- exactly. We want to get them on board, and I need to know what it would take to book the facility. Date...... I'm thinking around 08-20-10.....

I agree Saturdays will be best. My only worry is the later this events gets, yes we need time for planning. But with a doctors note saying 6 months of good life. I want to make sure we hit in that time frame as quickly as possible. 8/28/10 is 4 months in already.

How about 8/7 or 8/14?
