body cleanup

Hey guys. Wondering if anyone could spare some time to buff out some scuffs in my paint as well as removing the retarded side striping I had put on years ago. Willing to pay for your time. I just want my car to look a bit nicer. Side molding would be nice too.

side moldings should just need some heat and pull. last time i pulled of 'stiping' it ended up being a sticker/graphic of sorts.

if you want to pay me, i'll give it a shot. (but i wouldn't trust myself with a buffer)

I'd do the moldings and the stripes for free. All I need is a hair dryer, a razor, maybe some fish line, and some goo gone/other assorted tar remover. Nate's the man with the detailing plan though.

I would advise against pulling the side molding on a car this age. I can almost guarantee you're going to be left with stripes where the paint is a slightly different shade than the rest of the door.

Probably won't be as noticable on white, but I'd be concerned about some other discoloration that might appear once the strips are removed.
