ZOMG, this is tomorrow. Just a few things to remember.

From what I've heard, tech inspection of cars will be after class on SATURDAY. It doesn't seem to say this anywhere on the event info, but I read on their forums that it seems to be the case. You'll want to make sure your wheels are torqued down and that you have EVERYTHING out of the car that's not "bolted down". If there's even the slightest chance it will move under extreme conditions, it needs to be removed. Empty the truck/hatch, glovebox, center console, and any other hiding spots. Also, floormats need to be removed for some reason. If you have a helmet, it's probably a good idea to bring it along on Saturday as well. At normal events they check to make sure helmets are legal during tech.

There was an email going out about a room change, but apparently its back in the same room we started in, the Skogmo room, in the automotive building.

I can't make it :( Couldn't get the drain installed for the turbo so its another weekend without my car sorry guys :( I need to order another damn fitting grrr....

31.5! Woo that was fun! I could not touch the guy in the 350Z who was getting 30.5 consistently and got a 30.1 as the fastest. But I saw many places I could have improved. The worst part? I got beat by a Honda CRX :*(

I just got back home.


My best was a 30.7.


I had the black miata with the gold wheels. My wife drove it too.


She kicked ass, first event ever, got a 32.7 as her best.

I also got a ride in a miata with an MP62 supercharger. I almost pooped.
