I'M OFFENDED!
So, about 5-6 years ago, I was at First Ave for an Offspring show. The opening bands sucked, but what they played during the intermission was epic. Some guy that was running the boards had brought along his Macbook, and was playing random Kung Fu movies from it on a projector that shot onto a screen that covered the stage. There was no sound, but what I saw was possibly the most amazing piece of cinematography EVER. My problem is, I don't know a whole shitload about this movie, and I was kind of hoping that someone here might know it.
I know that it has the actor Eddy Ko in it (Uncle Hong from Lethal Weapon 4, for those who care) and it had some of the craziest enemies on EARTH in it. I remember that they were wearing traditional chinese hats, kinda like these.

They also had traditional chinese clothes on, the whole shiny, kimono man garb thing..... http://www.chinesemoods.com/images/P/am070009zh.jpg Along these lines, but in red, if I remember correctly. They had masks of some sort, or else their faces were blue.... and completely expressionless. And the best part? THEY HOPPED! Sorta like a bunny hop, but no bent knees, as if exclusively pushing off from the ankle to catch air.
The scene I remember was these "creeps" (I've been playing too damn much tower defense) were in pursuit of Eddy Ko and his cohorts. They hopped along, and one of the good guys stops to fight them. One of the creeps pulls out this contraption that looks like a hoop, with cheesy gold spiked ringing the inside of it, like a reverse spiked collar. It was flat initially, but when flung at the good guy, it landed on his head, and a bag was attached to the other side. The ring slid all the way 'round dudes neck, so that his head was completely in the bag, and the creep yanked the chain attached to the spiky collar/head bag contraption, and dudes head came clean off!
That's about all I remember about the movie, and I need to locate a copy of it. Cinema of this quality cannot, and should not be lost to time.... I need it. Can anyone assist me in identifying it? I've tried IMDB, kung fu movie websites, the whole bit, to no avail.
