I'M OFFENDED!
Let's start with the clutch, since I know what that is-

Do you know if it's a factory clutch? Has it ever been replaced? Could the PP be warped?

The reason I ask is- if it's an AM clutch, and it's a puck type/not full organic face, those tend to be VERY chattery unless you dump it every time you start out. The other problem could be a warped pressure plate, which would cause chattering due to very similar situations as say, a warped brake rotor. As far as a Wolf 3D- I had to google it to figure out what the hell it was- so i'm not much help there.

How new is the clutch? Even an OEM clutch that was improperly broken in will chatter like crazy. Also depends on heat in the plate as well.

And that Wolf 3D is ooollllldddd school. You should use it.

this is a clutch a friend recommended . David Lane in baltimore has used the same type to auto cross sucessfully for years. This clutch is 18 months old with about 3 thousand miles on it. This clutch will engage with about 1 inch of pedal lift and has never chattered before. I also have mated it with a lite steel fly wheel. This clutch can usually take a heavy work out with no adverse effects.
