'03 miata, need new catback/muffler. suggestions?

Whats the best performing catback out there? or muffler replacement?

Looking for a quality sounding piece, any experience? Any other forums I should check for feedback/more info?

I found one on flyin' miata that looks nice, heard that roadster sport Q sounds great.

Flyin' Miata is ALWAYS A good choice, and the dudes there are top notch. I got a chance to talk to some of the creators of 'Elvis' over on GRM, and I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Erik's miata has a exhaust from corksport on it. I like the sound.

Scared the crap out on me when i was on my Motorcycle Loud sucker! But has a deeper tone for that little car.

i can second derrian and its police approved so if you get pulled over you will be safe becuz of noise

Police in what jurisdiction? Every city, let alone state, is going to have different ordinances and laws regarding the sounds a car makes. I've heard numerous times on 93x that in MN, the sound must "blend in with the sound of the engine". That seems quite ambiguous though.
