Are you paying for two beds then? As for girls, it's the same deal. $25 non refundable down payment. We are capped at 21 people in the cabin, but more so, Once all beds are claimed and paid for, that's it.

Not trying to rain on anyones parade, but since the beds are starting to get filled up, should they be reserved for members until maybe a week before the trip? I know this has been posted for a while so most people probably are decided if they want to go or not, but it seems to me like members friends should take a back seat to members who want to come.

I'm agreeing with Dan on this one. The cost is already really low, and it should be prioritized for members. Also, I'm not sure just bringing a bunch of girls is all that great of an idea... or even a bunch of guys for that matter. A best friend as a guest is one thing, bringing a posse is another.

Ivan can bring girls as long as he sleeps in a tent outside.

So does anyone else wanna carpool? I would rather not drive up alone... just doesnt make sense financially and its boring.

Car pooling is a great idea, if we have 10 cars or less they all can be at the cabin.

No offense, but seeing as how I had to pay for all of it out of pocket upfront, I will take first come, first pay. If AJ wants to overrule me, that's fine...

I'd love to overrule her, but she's right. (I fuck'n hate saying that). This has been up long enough for someone to come up with $25 deposit via pay pal or a meet in person. And there is still room and time. First paid, first served. I'm not going to deviate from the setup now.

I was under the impression that we all split the total cost no matter how many people show up. Everyone should be paying the same amount. Maybe set up a list of 'friends' who will come if all the spots aren't full a week before.

Yes, the cost will be split, but I had to pay the full amount upfront (not just use a CC to reserve) in order to book the cabin.

We clearly posted payment/reservation options ($25 non-refundable) to reseve a spot. If we get 21 people, then that cost is $25 (no extra due), if we don't get 21 then the difference will be due the week of the cruise. Pretty simple, and still cheaper than hotels either way.

If a member wants to go, they've had 3 weeks to show interest & reserve a spot. I think that's fair.
