Town home for rent/sale

As some of you are aware, Jana & I are moving to Crystal in October. With that, I am looking to rent or sell my current town home which is located in Otsego (off Hwy 101 & Cty Rd 37).

Here's the details:

~1,100 sq ft
2 bedroom (both with large walk-in closets)
1 1/2 bathroom
1 car attached garage
All appliances stay with home (dishwasher, microwave -GE space saver, washer/dryer, disposal)
Built new in 2002
Available ~ November 1st.


I would prefer a non-smoker, or smoking outside on patio only (if renting).
