Does MC Escher work for Google Maps?

LOL. Yeah, whats up with that? Is that just where images from different angles come together or something?

Yep, google has algorithms that stitch together satellite imagery for those views. It's just crazy because there are at least 3 different angles in that one view, but it's kind of difficult to see exactly how the stitching was done.
