Cracked paint

So, I cracked my paint a little when I was rolling my fenders on sunday. What should I do? Sand it down a bit so it's smooth and just use some touch up paint? It's under the fender so I don't really care how it looks, only that water doesn't get under there and cause rust.

If you don't care how it looks, sand 'er up and hit it with some touchup. If you want to be extra careful, you could add a layer of clearcoat over the touchup.

I'd do what colin said. sand the area down, clean it up really good, and then hit it with some touchup paint. If the area that paint is coming off is big, it might be prudent to slap some primer on there first.
