August Boating/Fishing Meet?

I am definitely in. I have two tubes and some ropes that I can bring if someone isn't into fishing.

Does anyone have a boat of any kind that would be willing to allow its use for this occasion? Or know of someone that would let you use their boats for something like this, maybe pontoons?
Or maybe even a cheap place to rent boats from...
