I fail to understand why we can't do this more often, and sooner in the procee. It just baffles me.

I read up on the procedure. It's really old school and awesome. Best part? They actually PIN a target to the guy as he's sitting there.

Yeah, the target is on the cheast, bag over the head, 5 guns, 4 with live rounds, 1 with a blank so no one knows who got the kill shot.

We could swiftly run though death row and free up some tax payers $ if we did this more often.
