We had the common issue with this model happen to us. Essentially something causing the HDMI "buzz" and often not pushing the signal to the TV. Reading found this was common and after going to Onkyo with the issue they covered the cost of fixing it with no questions asked (and no receipt needed). So while this is now refurbished, it's essentially a very lightly used received that does an awesome job. We just have no need for it anymore.
It comes with power cable, remote, and instructions are still in hand. $240 firm.
